What are your opening times?

Customer services are open between the hours of 09:00am and 17:00pm Monday to Saturday and from 10:00am till 16:00pm on Sundays.

How do I place an order?

The quickest and easiest way to place an order is through our website however our team is also able to take orders over the phone should you prefer this method. To place an order over the phone please call 0800 310 1027.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order with us and you have not already received shipping confirmation you can call our team on 0800 310 1027 to cancel your order. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders via email.

How do I get a VAT receipt?

You can request a VAT invoice by calling us on 0800 310 1027 or by emailing us at customercare@kedaleisure.co.uk.

What payment methods do you offer?

We currently accept all major credit/debit cards both online and over the phone.

Can I collect my items?

We currently offer a click & collect service in the UK, but currently not in any other countries. In order to use this service simply select the click & collect option at the checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

What do you have in stock?

All of the products listed on our website are ready to order unless marked as out of stock.

When will my parcel arrive?

We always aim to deliver within the time frames stated on our website. As soon as your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.

Where do you deliver to and what are your charges?

We currently offer shipping to most european countries, delivery charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout. You can view a full list of the countries we ship to and our standard size parcel rates via our shipping page.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What do I do?
